Thank you for your interest in the National League of Junior Cotillions Eastern Shore Chapter.  The National League of Junior Cotillions Cotillion™ Program aims to give young people instruction and practice in the courtesies that make life more pleasant for them and those around them.  

About Director

Kathy Sternenberg, Director of the National League of Junior Cotillions Eastern Shore Chapter, resides in Fairhope, Alabama, with her husband, Randy.  They have two children, Mac and Mary Kathryn.  She has over 15 years of experience teaching etiquette to thousands of children through the Cotillion program.  She was selected from hundreds of Directors nationwide as the “New Director of the Year” and received the “2011 Highest First Year Enrollment” award by the National League of Junior Cotillions organization and served on the Advisory Council for the NLJC organization.
