The Fairfax & Arlington Chapters of the National League of Junior Cotillion has redesigned the 2021 Season to comply with local, state and CDC guidelines to provide a safe and wonderful experience for students.
•Ballroom dance instruction will be modified. We will teach ladies and gentlemen their footwork separately and then send videos to you so that you can practice at home with your student.
•We will not be serving refreshments until it is safe to do so.
•There will be heightened cleaning before and after every class.
•Class size has been reduced to maintain social distancing. The smaller class size will allow for more personal, small group instruction and reduce the time needed for arrival and dismissal.
•Masks are required to be worn at all times while at cotillion.
•Students will have their temperature taken before entering the building.
We are monitoring CDC, state and local guidelines for changes and will let you know if we need to delay or make other changes to the schedule to be in compliance and to keep everyone safe. We are eager to get started, but will not begin until it is safe to do so. Please know that the health and well being of our students and their families is paramount to us.
