Hello, and thank you for your interest in Junior Cotillion. 

Registration is through the national office. Complete the registration form and submit the form online.  

Acceptance into the program is on a first-come, first-served basis and must balance between ladies and gentlemen. I will contact you when a corresponding registration is received and acceptance is confirmed. 

A $300 deposit is required upon registration.  Deposits are held in set-aside until acceptance is confirmed.  If the numbers do not balance, your deposit is returned, but once acceptance is confirmed, there are no refunds in fairness to those on our waitlist.
