Junior Cotillion Year II The Year 2 Class is for all 7th/8th graders who have completed the Year 1 Class and any 8th graders who are brand new to Cotillion $425.00
The Junior Cotillion places as much emphasis on etiquette, manners, and character education as it does on dance training. The Social Education components of the Year 2 program includes: Introductions and First Impressions, Paying and Receiving compliments, Citizenship, Table manners and the formal 5 course place setting, Dress Codes for all occasions, Correspondence, and Character traits of Noble character. Dance education will include more advance combinations to the Foxtrot, Swing, Cha Cha and the Waltz as well as Current Line Dances. The highlight of the Year II program is the Instructional 5-Course Dinner created by Chef Meghan Gordon and her father, Mr. Tom Rice of Magnolia Grill.

Junior Cotillion Premiere The Premiere Class is designed for any 8th graders who have completed the Year 2 class and any 9th graders ($450.00)
The Premiere Cotillion Program is designed for students who have completed the Year 1 and Year 2 Junior Cotillion Programs. The third year of cotillion allows the students to take all the etiquette and dance they have learned in the classroom out into public places. This class is also open to 9th grade students who have never taken cotillion classes. While structured similarly to Year1/Year2 Classes, the Premiere curriculum is quite different. Instruction will be given in Social Correspondence,Travel & International etiquette, Golf & Tennis Etiquette, Official protocol and Manners abroad. Dance Instruction will include more advanced steps to the Foxtrot, Swing, Cha Cha, and Waltz as well as introduction to Latin dances such as the Salsa and new Line Dances. The Highlight of the Year 3/Premiere Class is the Cultural Outing Dinner.

High School 2024-2025 EMERALD COAST HIGH SCHOOL CLASS 1:30-3:30 PM (STUDENTS IN GRADES 10-12TH)$475.00
The High School Cotillion Program is designed to give students the opportunity to enjoy the social skills and dance learned in Junior Cotillion and to introduce them to skills that will better prepare them for the future not only in high school, but in college and the world of work. The classes are held in a variety of formats and environments, both on and off-site, and includes lessons designed to appeal to students of all interest groups and career ambitions. The curriculum is designed specifically and intentionally to truly prepare our students to be the leaders of tomorrow. Highlights of the High School program are the Professional Panel Luncheon or dinner, Resume Writing, Mock Inteview, and the Cultural Outing. This class will also enjoy the Holly Ball and the Black and White Themed Spring Ball.
