High School

The High School program is designed specifically for 9th-12th grade students. Participation in the Junior Cotillion program prior to participation in the High School program is not a pre-requisite. The High School program will introduce new etiquette and character development topics which are pertinent to the high school years, such as interviewing for scholarships and jobs, positive self-esteem, and handling peer pressure. This program will bridge the gap for today’s high schooler between their education and the real world in a meaningful way. It takes a lot to prepare for adulthood, but mostly it takes practice and experience. From learning practical tips such as how to develop a resume or prepare a personal budget, to attending a theater outing and business dinner, students in our high school program are prepared to succeed in any environment.

The season will consist of four ninety-minute classes, one business dinner, and one cultural event. The season begins in September and concludes in February. All classes and the business dinner will meet for 90 minutes on a Sunday at The Dye Golf Club at The Clubs of Stonebridge Ranch.

Pre-Cotillion

The Pre-Cotillion program is designed for rising first-fifth grade students. The setting will encourage children to be comfortable together, to make new friends and enjoy themselves. Through role-playing, hands on experience and storytelling in a peer group, young ladies and gentlemen are expected to leave the program with the beginning of confidence and poise that comes from knowing the proper thing to do.

Pre-Cotillion I (rising first-second grade)

Classes will cover topics such as manners in the home, being introduced, paying and receiving compliments, birthday party etiquette, and basic table manners.

Pre-Cotillion II (rising third-fifth grade)

Classes will cover topics such as greetings, rules of introductions, sports etiquette, fast food etiquette, correspondence (the thank you note and the RSVP), more advanced table manners, and a basic line dance.

Pre-Cotillion classes are hosted during the month of June. Parents select in which session they would like for their child to participate for three consecutive days. Classes are 90 minutes in duration.  All classes will be held at The Dye Golf Club at The Clubs of Stonebridge Ranch.
