We are offering Pre Cotillion for students in 3-5 grade and Junior Cotillion for students in 6-8th grade for the upcoming 2025-2026 season. 

About Director

Kathleen Geneva founded the Prince William and Fauquier County Chapters of the National League of Junior Cotillions (NLJC) in 2014 and has since taught thousands of students in her local community. She is a certified modern etiquette educator through both the NLJC and the Emily Post Institute.Her dedication has earned her national recognition, including the NLJC’s Best Director of the Year award and honors for Best Public Relations and Social Media among franchise chapters.

In addition to her work with the NLJC, Kathleen serves as the Franchise Owner and CEO of Spherion Staffing and Recruiting for the greater Northern Virginia region. Spherion, a full-service national staffing agency with over 80 years of experience, is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and is part of Randstad, a global leader in HR services based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Kathleen holds a B.A. in Business Communications from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College. She lives in Haymarket, Virginia, with her family and remains deeply involved in the community she proudly calls home.
