About Director

Lydia Holland Greenway is a long-time Gwinnett resident and has been working with middle and high school students for 11 years at her local church.  She is a graduate of Gwinnett Technical College, where she earned her degree in Hospitality.  Lydia is also the 2016 Georgia Occupational Award of Leadership recipient and representative for the school, and worked in Admissions as the Recruitment Coordinator from March 2017-May 2020. She recently celebrated marriage to Drew Greenway and is currently working as a Household Manager for a local family during the week. Her favorite part about Cotillion is being able to see the progress students make in their social interactions, and how special it is for them to dance with their parents at the end of the Season.
