National League of Junior Cotillions
Arkansas Delta Chapter
Welcome
Thank you for your interest in the Arkansas Delta Chapter of the National League of Junior Cotillions. Our chapter was established in 2019 to offer an opportunity for students to learn skills that promote confidence, respect, and honor. The National League of Junior Cotillions graduates have spoken about being at ease in job interviews, college admission panels, pageant interviews, Greek recruitment, personal outings, and celebrations of all sorts because they not only have comfort in these settings but also have skills to make these experiences pleasant for others.
The Arkansas Delta Chapter is vested in developing relationships. Our goal is to make learning etiquette and social graces a joyful experience. Our students should come to class expecting to have fun!
For more information about how you can get involved in the Junior Cotillions program, please contact Christina Carlson, Director, at 501.617.0421 or [email protected].

About Director
Christina "Chrissy" Carlson moved to Crittenden County in 2016 when she married her husband, Kirby. Growing up in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, Chrissy attended the National League of Junior Cotillions for 2 years and then was an assistant for 5 years before graduating high school. After moving to Crittenden County and meeting people in the community, she saw the need for etiquette classes for children, and with the positive impact the National League of Junior Cotillions had on her life and career, Chrissy started the process of establishing the Arkansas Delta Chapter. The first class was held in September of 2019.
Chrissy graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Sciences and a concentration in Hospitality Management. After graduation she worked for the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce as the Membership Director, then in 2008 went to work at Visit Hot Springs as Special Events Manager and later the Director of Marketing. She has always enjoyed the hospitality and service industry and mentoring students who choose hospitality as a career path. Chrissy and Kirby have two children, Pearl and William.
