Welcome to the National League of Junior Cotillions Beaufort Chapter. We are honored to serve students in our area by teaching them basic manners and etiquette that will benefit them throughout their lives.

Year I -$395 (includes all instruction, materials, refreshments, and the formal ball)
Year II- $450 (includes all instruction, materials, refreshments, instructional dinner and the formal ball)

Tuition- $150
Includes Instruction on: Dress codes, Interview skills, Eating challenging foods (spaghetti, shrimp, artichoke, etc), Transportation etiquette,, Continental/American/Asian styles, Tipping, Toasting, Foreign cultures, Body language, Tips for good relationships centered around a formal meal.
About Director
Mrs. Sarah Schoen graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Financial Management. She and her husband, Nate, have called Beaufort home since 2009. They have two sons, Will and Hall. She was part of the faculty/staff at Holy Trinity Classical Christian School from 2013 to 2025. Prior to that Sarah was a Registered Representative with LPL Financial. During her tenure at the school, she helped establish Holy Trinity’s Parents At Work organization, supervised Chess Club and coached Cross Country. Sarah is a member of the St. Helena’s Anglican Church and involved with the high school youth group. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, running and baking.
