About Director
JUNIOR COTILLION DIRECTORS
Charles Winters II and Jenna Winters have a deep-rooted passion for teaching etiquette and manners, inspired by Charles’ parents, Charles and Anne Winters. The National League of Junior Cotillions was founded in 1989 to instill confidence, courtesy, and social skills in young people nationwide.
We strive to honor Anne’s legacy, emphasizing kindness, character, and social education. We are excited to teach modern manners and everyday etiquette, positively influencing our lives and families.
