Classes

Our season begins in October with a series of classes and culminates with a ball in March. Please select the "About" tab to find the age appropriate program for your child. 

Make up classes: In the event of a conflict with your assigned class, any student is welcome to attend another class.

Pre-Cotillion THIS CLASS IS FOR STUDENTS IN GRADES 1-4

Junior Cotillion Year I MONDAY-5:00-6:30-THIS CLASS IS FOR STUDENTS THAT ARE NEW TO COTILLION IN 5TH OR 6TH GRADE. LOCATION- CAPE FEAR COUNTRY CLUB. DRESS CODE: GENTLEMEN-KHAKIS, NAVY BLAZER, TIE, DRESS SHOES. LADIES-DRESSES OR SKIRTS, DRESS SHOES, SHORT, WHITE GLOVES

November 16th, 2026 Class Three 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM Cape Fear Country Club
January 11th, 2027 Class Four 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM Cape Fear Country Club
February 8th, 2027 Class 5 Dip into Dancing: Fathers of ladies and mothers of gentlemen(or special person), arrive at 5:45 at this class to learn a basic dance step for the parent/child dance at the ball. Dress code for parents: business casual. 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM Cape Fear Country Club
March 2nd, 2027 or 3/3- Grand Ball- parents will receive an email in January with their child's ball assignment. Both parents are invited to the ball. Dress Code: tuxedoes for boys, white or pastel dresses and gloves for girls. Parents: coat and tie/dresses. 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Cape Fear Country Club
