Classes
We will have two classes, both on Sunday afternoon. The first will be from 2 to 3:30; the second will begin at 4 and last until 5:30. There are Balls/Instructional Dinner scheduled (rather than classes) for both December and March. We will meet at a later time for these gatherings. We always meet at the Albuquerque Country Club. Our schedule is as follows:

Junior Cotillion Year I
In addition to the usual courtesies connected with dancing, instruction is also given in Etiquette, manners and character education. Some of the topics taught are acknowledgement of gifts, introductioins, receiving lines, participation in group settings and polite conversation, and much more.
Junior Cotillion Year II Year 2 (7th & 8th grade)
"The purpose of the NATIONAL LEAGUE OF JUNIOR COTILLIONS is to offer young people instruction and practice in the courtesies that make life more pleasant for them and those around them; to offer them thorough training in standard ballroom dance; and to provide opportunities to practice and enjoy these skills at memorable parties." Some of the topics we cover are: acknowledgement of gifts, introductions, receiving lines, polite conversation, paying and receiving compliments, sports etiquette, first impressions, dress codes for all occasions and much, much more.
