National League of Junior Cotillions
Flower Mound Chapter
Classes
Precotillion is introduction into etiquette for our youngest learners. It introduces them to appropriate citizenship inside and outside the home. It develops a sense of respect and honor for themselves, their family members, friends and teachers. For first and second grade the students learn manners in the home, being introduced and shaking hands, paying and receiving compliments, birthday party etiquette, basic table manners and utensil use, as well as social dance in a positive and uplifing experience. Our third and forth grade students learn more advanced greetings and rules of introductions, sports etiquette, fast food and dining etiquette, friendship etiquette and a basic line dance.
