Tea & Etiquette Event
Fee for the event is $100.00 total for both mother & daughter, plus $40.00 for an additional child or grandmother.
(ex. mother and daughter ($100.00) plus additional child ($40) for a total of $140.00).
Please note: In the absence of a mother or grandmother, a beloved lady friend or mentor is welcome to attend.
Registration is Pre-Cotillion Tea & Etiquette Event. Moms: register your child, then add yourself and grandmothers under "About the Parents"
We invite ladies to wear tea-length or knee-length dresses. Light pastels, floral prints, and hats are all welcomed!
Pre-Cotillion I & Pre-Cotillion II for the 2025 Season
Tution for the Pre-Cotillion program is $190.00
Pre-Cotillion classes August 28th, September 4th, & September 11th. . Classes are held at the Gaston Country Club.
Pre-Cotillion is a three-meeting course deisgned to introduce our youngest students to basic manners and the courtesies that make life more comfortable for them and those around them.
Pre-Cotillion I is for Kindergarten-2nd grade students from 5:00pm - 6:15pm.
Pre-Cotillion II is for 3rd-4th grade students from 6:30pm-7:45pm.
Junior Cotillion for the 2025-2026 Season
Tuition for Junior Cotillion Year i is $395.00
Payment can be made in full or a deposit of $200 to reserve spot for registration, the final $195 will be due on August 31st, 2025 (2 weeks before the first class)
This program is designed for children in 5th-8th grades. The curriculum provides young people with instruction and practices in the courtesies that make life more pleasant for them and others around them. Junior Cotillion classes will cover topics such as proper seating and escort position, introductions, receiving compliments, manners in the home, thank you notes, basic table manners, telephone etiquette, electronic/social media etiquette and responding to invitations. Dance instruction will include dances such as Foxtrot, Waltz, Shag, and Cha-Cha. We will offer a multicourse dinner and the Grand Winter Ball. This will provide students with an opportunity to practice the skills, etiquette, and dance that they have been learning in a fun & exciting social situation.
All students will participate in Junior Cotillion Year I at the Gaston Country Club. Grades will all be separated, except for 7th and 8th grades.
5th Grade 1:00-2:30pm
6th Grade 2:45-4:15pm
7th/8th Grades: 4:30-6:00pm

High School Cotillion for the 2025-2026 Season
Tuition for the High School Cotillion Program is $450.00
Payment can be made in full or 50% deposit to reserve spot for registration. The remainder will be due on August 31st, 2025.
The High School Program (9th-12th) is a unique and enriching experience designed to prepare students for the next stage of life. Through engaging workshops and hands-on instruction, students explore essential social and professional etiquette. Topics include job and scholarship interview skills, confidence-building strategies, how to make a strong first impression, and the art of meaningful conversation. This program is crafted to instill lasting confidence and poise in every participant. The program concludes with a multi-course instructional dinner. All classes are held at the Gaston Country Club from 5:00-7:00 PM

National League of Junior Cotillions refund policy:
refunds may be issued due to illness or relocation from the Gaston County area. A $50 processing fee applies to all refunds.

Enjoy a lovely afternoon filled with tea, lunch, and timeless lessons in etiquette, kindness, and confidence. We'll be joined by special guests and speakers, making this a meaningful event!
