Junior Cotillion Program

Junior Cotillion I is for 6th and 7th grade students who have not attended a previous season of Junior Cotillion.  Junior Cotillion I provides age-appropriate lessons in etiquette and ballroom dancing. Classes emphasize manners in the home, kindness, compassion, and respect. The most basic dance steps will be introduced.  The season ends with a fun and festive Grand Spring Ball.  

Junior Cotillion II for 7th grade students who have completed Junior Cotillion I and all 8th grade students.  In Junior Cotillion II students continues the lessons from Junior Cotillion I and it features a five-course instructional meal. Classes focus on social graces, dressing appropriately, dining etiquette, and manners in public. Students learn more advanced dance step combinations. The Black & White Ball, the seaon finale,  provides a beautiful, formal setting to showcase lessons learned throughout the season.

Junior Cotillion I classes will be offered Sundays 3:00-4:30 & 5:00-6:30, Mondays 5:00-6:30 and Tuesday 5:00-6:30.

Junior Cotillion II classes will be offered Sundays 7:00-8:30, Mondays 7:00-8:30, and Tuesday 7:00-8:30.


All Sunday classes are at Country Club Christian Church.

All Monday classes are at St. Paul's Episcopal Day School & Chruch.

All Tuesday classes are offered at Staley Farms Golf Course.
