TUITION

$400 per student, covers all classes including the Spring Ball, the Student Booklets. 
Families enrolling multiple children will receive 25% off tuition for each additional student.

Refund policy: While we’re unable to offer refunds—except in cases of extraordinary circumstances such as relocation or illness—this policy helps ensure fairness to students on our waiting list.

• Complete the Registration form

• Select your preferred method of payment (select check if paying by check or Zelle)

Please note that registration is not complete or confirmed until tuition is received. 

Be sure to make a payment within 7 business days of registration.

Registration will close once classes are full or by September 1st, whichever comes first.

Payment Options

Partial payments accepted: A request for second payment will be sent via email in August.

You may also request the link earlier to complete payment anytime before August 31st.

Remainder of payment must be received and cleared by August 31st.

PayPal

To pay by credit or debit card, select the PayPal option in the Registration form before submitting. 

After submitting the form, a second screen will prompt for payment via PayPal. Note that PayPal charges a 5.4% processing fee.

Zelle

To pay with Zelle, select the "check" option in the Registration form before submitting. 

In your Zelle account, search for the director's email address [email protected] or contact the director to initiate a Zelle payment request. 

Check

To pay by check, make the check payable to West Coast Cotillion LLC and include your child's name on the memo line.
