Pre-Cotillion is offered for rising 2nd-4th graders for the first time in Maury County!  This is an exciting opportunity for children to receive training in introductions, basic table manners, birthday party etiquette and more!  With interactive games and role-playing, students will have fun, make friends and gain confidence as they start to learn what is expected in social situations.  Tuition is $175 and covers six hours of instruction, refreshments, party favors and a student booklet.  Tuition is paid online in full when you register via credit card or electronic check.  Designed for students to sign up each summer, Pre-Cotillion provides a foundation for Junior Cotillion which starts in 5th grade and meets once a month Septermber thru March.   

The first year of Junior Cotillion covers a lot of material including proper seating, escort position, greeting people and shaking hands, table manners, manners in the home and many other party courtesies.  Students have many opportunities to practice each new skill with their peers, the parent chaperones, the high school assistants and the director.  Students gain poise and confidence throughout the training and become more comfortable in a variety of social settings.  They also learn the basics in foxtrot, swing and waltz and more importantly, how to enter into the spirit of the event and all of the dance courtesies.  Tuition is $375 and includes five classes, two Balls, refreshments, prizes and a student booklet.  Tuition is paid online when you register via credit card or electronic check.  There is a $50 sibling discount if you register more than one child for Junior Cotillion during the same school year.  

In the second year of Junior Cotillion, we review and practice everything taught in the first year and learn new more advanced etiquette skills.  We cover polite conversation, dining ettiquette, first impressions, dress codes, interview skills and characteristics of noble character.  Students learn additional steps in the foxtrot, swing and waltz.  They gain more confidence on the dance floor and in social settings in general with a second year of instruction, feedback and practice.  Tuition is $375 and includes five classes, two Balls, refreshments, five-course dinner, prizes and a student booklet.  Tuition is paid online when you register via credit card or electronic check.  There is a $50 discount if you register more than one child for Junior Cotillion during the same school year.
