Why Participate?Our PromiseProud to Offer Manners and Etiquette training for Elementary and Middle School Students in the Middle Tennessee Area.  We have included a video for each program below to provide a glimpse into our seaons.  After viewing, please scroll down to learn more about each program.

Pre-Cotillion I is for rising 1st & 2nd graders. The Pre-Cotillion Program encourages children to be comfortable together while making new friends and enjoying themselves. They will learn through role play and peer groups, and young ladies and gentlemen are expected to leave the program with the beginnings of confidence and poise of knowing what to do in social situations.  Some of the subjects covered are:  Manners in the home, Being introduced and shaking hands, Paying and receiving compliments, Birthday Party etiquette, and Basic table manners.  The Tuition for Pre-Cotillion I is $250. (If you pay by credit card, the card processing fee is added to your tuition).

Pre-Cotillion II is for rising 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders.  Building on the Pre-Cotillion I program, this program reinforces the social skills learned in Pre-1.  Students who did not have an opportunity to Pre-I can participate.  Students will also learn the basics of the electric slide dance to prepare them for Junior Cotillion.  Some of what the students will learn is:  Greeting and shaking hand, Rules of introductions, Sports etiquette, Fast Food etiquette, More advanced table manners, and Basic line dance.  The Tuition for Pre-Cotillion II is $250. (If you pay by credit card, the card processing fee is added to your tuition).

We are happy to offer Junior Cotillion and are on a mission to help spread good manners amongst middle schoolers.    Scroll below to learn more about Junior Cotillion I & II for rising grades 6th, 7th, and 8th graders in the Nashville area and Williamson County, TN and watch a brief video.  

UNIOR COTILLION YEAR I for rising 6th, 7th, & 8th graders.

The season consists of five ninety-minute classes, a Holiday Dance, and a Grand Ball.  Classes meet once a month for 90 minutes.  The season begins in September and concludes in February. All Classes are held at The Martin Center in Brentwood, TN at 960 Heritage Way, Brentwood, TN 37027.  There are multiple class times each month.  Students are assigned a class time with other students from their school unless otherwise requested.  The Grand Ball will be held at Richland Country Club in Brentwood TN.  Your students' ball time will also be assigned.  

Classes will cover topics such as proper seating and escort position, introductions, receiving compliments, manners in the home, thank you notes, basic table manners, telephone etiquette, electronic/social media etiquette, and responding to invitations. Dance instruction will include the Foxtrot, Swing, Beach Shag, Cha-Cha, and Waltz. The Grand Ball will provide students with an opportunity to practice the skills, etiquette, and dance that they have been learning in a formal social setting.

Tuition $500 Due in full with registration.  

Image titleJUNIOR COTILLION YEAR II for those who have completed Junior Year I

All Classes are held at The Martin Center in Brentwood, TN at 960 Heritage Way, Brentwood, TN 37027.  There are multiple class times each month.  The season concludes with a Grand Ball and Instructional 5-course dinner at Richland Country Club in Brentwood TN.  

Students who have completed the Year I program are invited to participate in the YEAR II season.  The Year II program builds on the skills that they learn in the first-year program and expand on them.   Classes will cover topics such as manners in public places, characteristics of noble character, being a guest and a host, interview etiquette and skills, dress codes, how to tie a tie, table manners, cell phone etiquette, polite conversation, formal dinner guidelines and place settings. Dance instruction includes new steps for the Foxtrot, Beach Shag, Swing, Cha-Cha, and Waltz. The five-course Instructional Dinner and the Black & White Ball will provide students with an opportunity to practice the skills, etiquette, and dance that they have been learning in formal setting.

Tuition $500 Due in full with registration.  (If paying by credit card there is an additional processing fee.

Tuition must be received with registration in order to hold a spot on the waitlist until acceptance has begun. Students are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis until full.  For Junior students, we will also follow a 1:1 ratio for ladies and gentlemen.  Refunds for Junior Cotillion programs will not be issued after June 1.

Pre-Cotillion registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Refunds will not be issued for Pre-Cotillion programs after May 1 for summer programs or after June 1st for our fall program.

Online registration for the 2025-2026 Junior Cotillion and 2025 Pre-Cotillion programs will open January 7, 2025.

A Parents' Reception will be hosted on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 7PM to learn more about the Junior Cotillion programs (Martin Center -960 Heritage Way, Brentwood, TN 37027).
