REGISTRATION STEPS

Welcome to the National League of Junior Cotillions Nashville and Williamson County Chapters! We're excited for another season of etiquette, manners, and fun!

NOTE FOR ALL COTILLION REGISTRANTS:

To complete your registration, we need both payment and registration. Students are accepted in the order we receive both payment and registration until spots are full. Students who have not paid are not included on the list.

Specific Info Regarding Junior Cotillion Students— In addition to acceptance on a first-come basis, we will also follow a 1:1 ladies-to-gentlemen ratio for acceptance in the order we receive registration and tuition. If the ratio is off, children are waitlisted until the balance is achieved or until a spot opens up. Students who have not paid are not included on the list.Refunds for Junior Cotillion programs will not be issued after June 1. Acceptance postcards start going out on May 15, but it is normal for it to take until late August to be accepted if we are waiting for more ladies or gentelmen to even the ratio or if parents registered but have not paid tuition yet.

Specific Info Regarding Pre-Cotillion Students— Refunds for our Pre-Cotillion programs will not be issued after May 1.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

1. Online at www.NLJCNW.com (Note: The card processor addsa processing fee. It will appear as WIX on your statement.)Please make sure the person who checks your statements is aware of this. The cost for Junior Cotillion is $15 or $8 for Pre-Cotillion. We do NOT ACCEPT paypal or venmo.

2. Pay by check: Call the office to arrange drop-off or mail to P.O. Box 603 Franklin TN 37065.

Online registration for the 2025-2026 Junior Cotillion and 2025 Pre-Cotillion programs will open January 7, 2025.

A Parents' Reception will be hosted on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 7PM to learn more about the Junior Cotillion programs (Martin Center -960 Heritage Way, Brentwood, TN 37027).
