A Modern Approach Rooted in Timeless Values

The National League of Junior Cotillions Sorority Etiquette Program is a comprehensive leadership and character development experience designed specifically for today’s college sorority members. Rooted in the timeless values of honor, dignity, and respect, this program blends tradition with modern relevance to support sororities in building confident, responsible, and engaged members who positively represent their chapters on campus and beyond.

More than 45 years of etiquette and leadership education experience.

45+ Years of Experience

Led by Experience and Insight

With more than 45 years of etiquette and leadership education experience behind it, NLJC brings a proven framework to collegiate Greek life.

The program is led by Jessica Fisher, a former NLJC Director and seasoned professional who brings deep insight into both sorority culture and character-based instruction. Under her leadership, chapters receive thoughtful, engaging programming that aligns with national sorority expectations while addressing the real-world challenges facing college women today.

How The Program Works

Cornerstone Education

Designed to serve as a cornerstone of your chapter’s new member education process.

Flexible Integration

The modular structure allows seamless integration into existing schedules—during recruitment, the new member period, or as enrichment for initiated members.

Long-Term Growth

Rather than a one-time seminar, the program offers meaningful instruction that supports long-term growth, helping new members transition confidently into sorority life and college expectations.

What Chapters Experience

Chapters that implement the Sorority Etiquette Program consistently report:

  • Stronger cohesion among new members
  • Improved chapter reputation
  • Fewer conduct issues

Participants gain a clearer understanding of personal responsibility, respectful behavior, and the standards expected of them as sorority women, students, and emerging leaders.

Tradition Meets Modern Relevance

The National League of Junior Cotillions has set the standard for etiquette and character education. This sorority-specific program honors that legacy while addressing modern realities such as:

  • Digital citizenship
  • Social accountability
  • Wellness
  • Professional readiness

The curriculum reflects the evolving landscape of collegiate life while remaining grounded in values that never go out of style.

Through guided discussions and hands-on activities, participants explore what it means to carry themselves with confidence and integrity in academic, social, and leadership settings.

The result is a balanced approach that prepares members not only for sorority involvement, but also for internships, careers, and lifelong leadership.

Tailored to Your Chapter

This is not a one-size-fits-all program.

Modules can also be adapted for upperclassmen, focusing on professional readiness and life after college, making this a long-term resource for chapter development.

The Investment Pays Off

By investing in intentional education and character development, chapters see measurable benefits:

  • Improved retention
  • Stronger member engagement
  • A positive chapter reputation

The program provides an engaging way to meet campus and national educational expectations while reinforcing the values sororities were founded upon.
