The National League of Junior Cotillions® (NLJC) is a thriving network of more than 110 directors serving communities nationwide. Each year, we expand into new territories and welcome passionate, well-connected leaders who are excited to bring the Junior Cotillion experience to families in their area.
Each NLJC Chapter is an independently owned and operated franchise, led by a local director and supported by the guidance, resources, and ongoing assistance of the NLJC Corporate Staff.
Director Training
NLJC offers a comprehensive two-day training designed to answer your questions and provide an inside look at our program. You will explore how our Junior Cotillion classes are taught, learn key organizational details, and practice official NLJC dance steps, with dedicated time for discussion throughout.
